Human Trafficking Case Identification

You may have encountered victims of trafficking without realizing their circumstances, and therefore, have lost a chance to help them escape a horrific situation. The following information on case identification provides a brief background on the trafficking problem, as well as tips for identifying and assisting trafficking victims. A trafficking victim may look like many of the people you see daily. You can help victims of trafficking get the help they need by looking beneath the surface for evidence of being controlled and exploited for either labor or commercial sex.
