The Louisville Metro Human Trafficking Task Force has developed an Emergency Response Plan to be used in determining how to best respond when a trafficking case has been identified. The Plan may be used as a template to ensure that the appropriate services are provided to the victim, and to help determine at which point these services would most likely be needed. Please note: It’s most important to first ensure the victim’s immediate safety, and law enforcement may need to be involved for this to happen.
